With over 20 years of experience, Marcio brings a diverse skill set to his role as Vice President of Operations.

Throughout his career, he's had the opportunity to work with a diverse set of client types in various industries. He has been fortunate to be part of various leadership teams, where he was exposed to different aspects of a business, which also helped develop his leadership abilities.

Early in his career, Marcio's entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own company, where he gained an understanding of business operations. During this time, he further expanded his marketing, business development and account management experience, enhancing his ability to drive growth and build strong client relationships across various sectors. This experience honed his ability to see the big picture and align strategic goals with operational execution.
