Kevin Roy Tower

Director of Insurance - Products and Programs

Kevin Roy Tower is a highly experienced insurance professional with more than 40 years in the industry.

Bringing extensive expertise in commercial insurance, risk management, underwriting, brokerage operations, compliance, and insurer relations to Cover All Program Inc. and Cover All Insurance Group Inc.

Throughout his career, Kevin has held senior leadership positions within the insurance industry, including serving as a Designated Individual and Principal Broker. His experience includes overseeing brokerage operations, supervising licensed professionals, managing regulatory compliance, developing strong insurer relationships, and supporting complex commercial insurance portfolios.

Kevin is recognized for his disciplined approach to underwriting and risk management, along with his ability to build strong, long-standing relationships with clients, insurers, and industry partners. His extensive background in governance, compliance, and brokerage operations provides valuable leadership as Cover All Program and Cover All Insurance Group continue to expand their insurance products and services across Canada.

Kevin holds the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation with a Risk Management major, as well as the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, and holds a Level 3 insurance licence.

As Director of Insurance, Products and Programs for Cover All Program Inc. and Cover All Insurance Group Inc., Kevin provides insurance leadership and technical expertise while supporting our commitment to regulatory compliance, responsible growth, exceptional service, and trusted relationships with our dealer network, customers, and insurance partners.
